Ingredients

For 1–2 servings:

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight or at least 4 hours)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)

  • 1–2 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1/2 frozen banana (for creaminess)

  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • 3–4 ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Soak the Almonds:

    • If not already done, soak almonds in water overnight (or quick soak in hot water for 1 hour). Drain before using.

  2. Blend Everything:

    • In a high-speed blender, combine soaked almonds, almond milk, dates, banana, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice.
