What materials are YUNEXA products made from?
All YUNEXA kitchen tools are made from food-grade, BPA-free materials. Our blades use high-quality stainless steel (304 grade where applicable), and our housings use food-safe ABS plastic. Every product is designed to be safe for daily use with food.
Are YUNEXA products dishwasher safe?
It depends on the product. The Mandoline Pro is dishwasher safe on the top rack. The Electric Salad Spinner and Oil Sprayer should be hand-washed to preserve the motor and spray mechanism. Always check the product page for specific care instructions.
How accurate is the Smart Wireless Meat Thermometer?
The YUNEXA™ Smart Wireless Meat Thermometer Pro measures temperature with ±1°C accuracy using food-grade 304 stainless steel probes. It connects via Bluetooth up to 150 metres and is IP67 waterproof — suitable for BBQ, oven, and smoker use.
What is the capacity of the Electric Salad Spinner?
The YUNEXA™ Electric Salad Spinner Pro has a 4.75L capacity, spins at 500 RPM, and completes an automatic 20-second drying cycle with one touch. It is USB rechargeable with approximately 60 cycles per full charge.
Can I use the Oil Sprayer with any type of oil?
Yes. The YUNEXA™ Dual-Mode Oil Sprayer is compatible with olive oil, avocado oil, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and most other cooking oils. It has a 470ml capacity and works as both a fine mist sprayer and a controlled pour dispenser.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. This means fast, reliable delivery across the EU with no customs surprises for European customers.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the EU takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping is available on orders over €49. Orders below this threshold may incur a standard shipping fee, which is shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime at yunexa.com/apps/track123.
↩️ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at support@yunexa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
📦 Orders
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to make changes or cancel it. After that, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be modified.
I received a damaged or incorrect item — what do I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@yunexa.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the damaged item.
