Seated Cat-Cow Stretch (2 minutes)
- Sit on your chair with both feet on the floor.
- Arch your back (Cow Pose) and then round your back (Cat Pose).
- Repeat for 1 minute.

- Sit upright, raise one arm overhead, and lean to the opposite side.
- Hold for 30 seconds per side.
