Combat Workplace Fatigue with Simple Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a quick and accessible way to relax your mind and energize your body during a busy workday.

  1. Seated Cat-Cow Stretch (2 minutes)

    • Sit on your chair with both feet on the floor.
    • Arch your back (Cow Pose) and then round your back (Cat Pose).
    • Repeat for 1 minute.
  2. Seated Side Stretch (2 minutes)

    • Sit upright, raise one arm overhead, and lean to the opposite side.
    • Hold for 30 seconds per side.
  3. Wrist and Finger Stretches (1 minute)

    • Extend your arms and flex your wrists up and down.

Burns: ~10 calories.
