Instructions

Cut two thick (about 1.5–2 cm) center slices from the cauliflower head to resemble buns.

Spray or brush both sides with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder.

Pan-fry on medium heat (5–6 minutes each side) or roast at 200°C (392°F) for 15–18 minutes until golden and tender, yet firm.

Shape the beef (or plant-based mix) into a patty slightly smaller than the cauliflower slices.

Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 3–4 minutes per side until fully cooked and browned.
