Description

  • Day 1 of the YUNEXA Home Fitness Program is designed to improve strength, flexibility, and core stability. This routine is suitable for all fitness levels and focuses on functional strength using controlled movements and light dumbbells. Whether you are looking to build endurance, enhance posture, or support overall well-being, this structured workout offers a balanced approach.

Workout Breakdown

1. Warm-Up (5-7 minutes)

The warm-up phase helps to prepare the body, loosen joints, and increase blood flow.

 

  • Unrolling the yoga mat to establish a comfortable workout space

 

  • Waist and hip rotations with hands on the waist to increase mobility

 

  • Squats with arms extended forward to activate the lower body 

 

  • Standing forward bend with a focus on stretching the hamstrings while monitoring heart rate

 

 


2. Strength Training (15-20 minutes)

  • Dumbbell lateral side raises (2-3 sets of 12 reps) to strengthen shoulders and improve posture

 

 

  • Standing bicep curls with a supinated grip (2-3 sets of 12 reps) to enhance arm definition and grip strength 

 

 


3. Core and Stability Training (10-12 minutes)

  • Plank punches (knees down or full plank) for core engagement and shoulder activation (3 sets of 10 reps per side)

 

 

  • Push-ups to build upper body endurance and functional strength (3 sets of 10 reps) 


4. Cool Down and Stretching (5 minutes)

  • Seated hamstring stretch to lengthen the leg muscles and release tension

 

  • Seated spinal twist on both sides to improve spinal mobility and alleviate stiffness
