Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy governs the rights and obligations of customers (“Customer”) and Core Tradex Company – YUNEXA (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order on our website, the Customer agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Sending the withdrawal notice within the withdrawal period is sufficient to meet the deadline.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items or proof of return.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale

The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials

The Customer must contact us before returning the item to receive return instructions
We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Excluded / Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed hygiene or personal care products once opened

Custom-made or personalised products

Digital products or downloadable content once access has begun
This does not affect statutory rights regarding defective goods.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, the Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
6. Inspection of Returned Goods
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If the returned product does not comply with the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a value deduction.
7. Refunds
Once the return has been approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Promotional or discounted items are refunded at the price paid
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the Customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic or video evidence.
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Store credit
In some cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection at our expense.
9. Undeliverable Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to:

incorrect or incomplete delivery address

refusal to accept delivery

failure to collect the parcel
the Customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional carrier fees.
10. Abuse of Return Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:

repeated or excessive returns

misuse of the return policy

suspected fraudulent activity
This does not affect statutory consumer rights.
