Delivery times

• Same day – for garments and colours from our studio stock.
• 3–5 business days – for items we order from our supplier.

The exact time is stated in your quote. An express surcharge may apply to rush orders – it is always shown in the quote in advance. For larger quantities, please allow a little extra time.

Pickup or delivery to your stand

The easiest way is to collect your order at our studio: YUNEXA Studio, Alsterkrugchaussee 587, 22335 Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel. On request we also deliver straight to your stand at the Hamburg Messe or the CCH – for an extra charge, shown in your quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can you really print on the same day?

Yes, if the garment and colour are in stock at our studio and your logo is print-ready. We tell you right away in our reply whether this works for your order.

Is there a quantity discount?

Yes: 5–14 pieces −5 %, 15–29 pieces −8 %, 30+ pieces −10 %.

What does delivery to the stand cost?

That depends on the venue, time and quantity. The cost is stated in your quote in advance.

Which logo file do you need?

Ideally a vector file (PDF, SVG, AI or EPS) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background.
